We have been providing affordable homes in the twin cities for the past 30 years. Our owners/management team utilizes their skills and expertise to help our valued residents find, acquire and enjoy their homes. We manage and maintain rental units in several multi-family complexes across the Twin Cities.
Our team always looks forward to serving our valued residents at every phase of their rental market journey. We can easily anticipate the needs of our valued residents and quality rentals to keep small problems from escalating. Upon identifying any issues, we enact a quick, but lasting, fix to keep our rental properties comfortable and functional for our residents.
As a part of our management services, we have our dedicated repair team perform routine inspections and maintenance on the rental units. Our scheduled services allow us to keep the rentals from suffering excessive wear and tear or damage that could impact the happiness of our residents. We also provide our residents with immediate access to emergency repair services, day and night.
